About Transfer Learning
Transfer Learning is a monthly online event where we invite two speakers from the Machine Learning community
and beyond. Our event is designed to help AI researchers and professionals, as well as students who want to
improve.
Just as there are three parts to each of our sessions (two talks and a discussion), we give ourselves
three missions. Those are :
- to promote multi-disciplinarity by bringing in perspectives from experts in tangent fields of science ;
- to help researchers remain up-to-date with the latest state of the art by providing technical talks about very recent discoveries ;
- to bring our awesome community together for the time of informal sessions.
About us
We are two french engineers who work as Machine Learning researchers for different companies. After finishing
our studies from the same academy, we went our own ways toward Graz (Austria) and Brussels (Belgium)
respectively. The power of the internet now allows us to share our passion with others - half a continent
apart. We are both looking forward to welcoming you to Transfer Learning !
